11 children have died after getting drowned whilst paddling a canoe from school at Faana in the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
The canoe which was being paddled by one of the school children capsized on the Densu River.
According to Metro TV’s Akwasi Addo, only one out of the 12 children survived the accident and 10 bodies retrieved with search underway to retrieve the remaining one.
