15 Court of Appeal judges nomination receives Akufo-Addo’s approval

The nominations of 15 new justices for the Court of Appeal have been approved by President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo.

Following a referral to the president for their appointment to the bench, the nominees’ confirmation was given.

On December 21 at the Jubilee House’s Banquet Hall, President Akufo-Addo will administer the oath of office to the new Justices.

Justices Ackah Boafo, Asare-Botwe, Alex Owusu-Ofori, Emmanuel Ankamah, Jerome Noble-Nkrumah, Mrs. Gifty Agyei Addo, Samuel Obeng-Diawuo, and Mrs. Hafisata Amaleboba make up this group.

Justice Charles Ekow Baiden, Justice Stephen Oppong, Mr. Patrick Kwamina Baiden, Mr. Christopher Archer, Prof. Mrs. Olivia Anku-Trede, and Dr. Ernest Owusu-Depaah make up the remaining group.
