Vision FC scored late to clinch a 3-2 victory over Medeama. Joshua Rhule opened the scoring in the 4th minute, and Frank Abora Duku doubled the lead just before halftime.
Vision had a chance to make it 3-0 at the beginning of the second half, but Frank Doku missed his kick. Medeama fought back, leveling the game at 2-2 with goals from Osah Bernardinho Tetteh and Michael Sarpong in the 67th and 82nd minutes, respectively. However, substitute Emmanuel Kyei scored later in the match, sealing a 3-2 win for Vision.
