Kwame Baffoe Abronye has been re-elected as the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), securing a decisive victory in the party’s regional executive elections held in Sunyani.
Kwame Baffoe Abronye has been re-elected as the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), securing a decisive victory in the party’s regional executive elections held in Sunyani.
The election formed part of nationwide regional executive elections organized by the NPP as the party begins preparations toward the 2028 general elections.
The NPP has indicated its intention to reorganize and strengthen its structures across the country as it seeks to regain political power from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in 2028.
Abronye’s re-election gives him another mandate to lead the NPP in the Bono Region and oversee the party’s organizational activities and preparations ahead of the next general election.
