Family, friends and admirers of Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Beverly Ama Afaglo-Baah will gather this weekend to pay their final respects as she is laid to rest in Accra.
A funeral poster released by the family announces that the final funeral service will take place on Saturday, 8 August 2026, at 7:00am at the Forecourt of the State House in Accra. The burial will be private, with mourners expected to observe a black or red dress code.
A thanksgiving service will follow on Sunday, 9 August 2026, at 9:00am at Action Chapel International, Tema Main Branch, off Aflao Road. Guests attending the service have been asked to wear black and white.
Beverly Afaglo, who was also an entrepreneur, died in May 2026 at the age of 43.
The family has invited friends, colleagues, sympathisers and members of the public to join them in celebrating her life and honouring her memory during the funeral and thanksgiving services.
