Ambulance Trial: Leaked Tape of Attorney General Doctored – Frank Davies

A private legal practitioner and Chairman of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Legal and Constitutional Committee, Frank Davies, has dismissed an audio tape allegedly capturing the voice of Attorney-General Godfred Dame and Richard Jakpa, the third accused person in the Ambulance trial trial, as doctored.

According to Frank Davies, no amount of evil intentions can dent the image of the Attorney General, describing the audio tape as a desperate attempt to tarnish his reputation.

The audio tape, which has been circulating in the media, allegedly captures a conversation between the Attorney General and Richard Jakpa, discussing ways to compromise the trial of Ato Forson, the former Deputy Minister of Finance.

Frank Davies, a seasoned lawyer, has questioned the authenticity of the tape, stating that it has been manipulated to achieve a sinister motive.

He called on the public to disregard the tape and focus on the facts of the case, as the trial continues.

The Ambulance trial is ongoing, with the prosecution presenting its case against the former Deputy Finance Minister Ato Forson and his co-accused persons.
