Asante Kotoko are set to complete the signing of Ivorian centre-back Koffi Marius Ange Bini as the Porcupine Warriors continue their preparations for the 2026/27 season.
The 24-year-old defender is expected to add depth, physical presence and international experience to Kotoko’s defence as the Kumasi-based club strengthens its squad ahead of the new campaign.
Bini has built a diverse career outside his native Côte d’Ivoire, featuring for clubs in Belarus, the Philippines, Kuwait and Oman.
His most recent club was FK Smorgon in Belarus, which he joined in March 2025. He made three league appearances for the club during the 2025 Belarusian Premier League season.
Before moving to Belarus, Bini spent time in the Philippines, where he represented United City FC and Maharlika Manila FC. His career has also included spells with Al-Taqadom, Al-Talaba, Al-Jahra and Al-Rustaq.
