The Black Stars of Ghana have safely arrived in Meknes, Morocco, ahead of their crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Central African Republic (CAR).
The team had been camping in Casablanca since Sunday, fine-tuning preparations for the decisive encounter. All 24 invited players are now in camp, giving head coach Otto Addo a full squad to work with.
During their stay in Casablanca, the Black Stars held two intensive training sessions at the Mohammed V Sports Complex, focusing on tactics, set pieces, and team cohesion.
The squad will have its final training session at the Stade D’Honneur de Meknes at 16:00 GMT on Tuesday, October 7, before Wednesday’s clash.
Ghana currently sits top of Group I with 19 points and will be aiming to take another decisive step toward securing a fifth FIFA World Cup appearance with just two matches left in the qualification campaign.
