Charlia Kweh, daughter of first Liberian-Ghanaian movie executive producer, celebrates 13th birthday with big dreams

Charlia Kweh, daughter of Mr. Charles Kweh, the founder of Temela K. Production and Executive Producer of the first-ever Liberian-Ghanaian movie, ‘Twixted’, marked a significant milestone on December 17, 2024 – her 13th birthday.

She was surrounded by her sisters, Nakita and Temela as she celebrated her birthday at the Polo Beach Club in Accra on Tuesday, December 17.

As Charlia embarks on this new chapter of her life, she shared her aspirations for the future, revealing her passion for real estate entrepreneurship.

Charlia’s dreams are lofty, and her determination is inspiring. “My dream is really to one day own a real estate of my own,” she expressed. “I want to develop residential and commercial properties and provide housing units that offer real comfort to tenants.” Her fascination with housing development, particularly building homes with exquisite interior and exterior designs, drives her ambition.

Born in Accra on December 17, 2011, to her Liberian father, Charles Kweh, Charlia’s early education began at Excel Community School. Currently, she is in grade 8 at Delhi Public School International (DPSI) in Tema Community 25, where she continuing her education.

Charlia’s exceptional interpersonal skills, respectfulness, and intelligence make her a standout. Unlike her sister Temela who is passionate about fashion and modeling, Charlia’s passion for real estate is evident.

Charlia’s father executive produced the groundbreaking, first Liberian-Ghanaian film “Twixted.” Released on February 12, 2011, “Twixted” tells the story of a young man’s journey to become a professional footballer, exploring themes of love, pain, and redemption. The movie starred notable actors Eddie Nartey, Gavivina Tamakloe, Victoria Zugah, and Bill Meyers. Mr. Kweh also through his Temela K. Production, executive-produced another classic movie, ‘Mirror of The Soul’ which was directed by Ghanaian Actor and Movie Director, Van Vicker.
