A nurse at Ofori Panin Senior High School has been found dead by the roadside at Akyem Kukurantumi in the Eastern Region.
The deceased, identified as Eddie Cann, was discovered lying motionless beside his motorbike at Kukurantumi Junction, opposite a washing bay, at about 2:00 a.m. on Friday.
Police officers were dispatched to the scene after the incident was reported. They inspected the area and later conveyed the victim to hospital for emergency attention.
The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear.
Investigators are yet to determine whether he was knocked down by a vehicle while riding his motorbike or if foul play was involved.
Police have since launched investigations into the incident.
