Exulted FC Receive Major Boost Ahead of Saturday League Kick-Off

As the 2025/2026 GARFA SOCCABET Division Two Middle League kicks off this Saturday, Exulted Football Club of Weija has received a timely morale and financial boost following a major donation package aimed at strengthening the team’s preparation for the competition.

The Municipal Chief Executive for Weija Gbawe, Felix Odartey Lamptey, led the gesture, presenting both cash and essential food items to support the club ahead of their historic participation in the Middle League after emerging Zone 4 champions.

The support package includes food items valued at over GHS 20,000, consisting of rice, Milo, milk, and sugar—aimed at ensuring proper nutrition and recovery for players as they enter a demanding competition schedule. In addition, a cash donation of GHS 10,000 was presented to assist with logistical and operational needs during the tournament.

Altogether, the combined support is valued at approximately GHS 30,000, reflecting strong municipal backing for grassroots football development and youth empowerment through sport.

Officials say the gesture is not only to reward Exulted FC for their impressive qualification run but also to inspire them to compete at the highest level as they transition into the Middle League, where stakes and competition intensity are significantly higher.

Club representatives expressed deep appreciation for the support, describing it as a major motivational lift ahead of Saturday’s opening fixtures. They noted that such interventions help reduce financial pressure on players and management while allowing the team to focus fully on performance on the pitch.

With momentum building ahead of kick-off, Exulted FC will be hoping to translate this off-field support into strong performances as they chase further success in their Division Two campaign and aim for eventual promotion.
