The Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) has extended an invitation to the leadership of the Industrial and Commercial Workers’ Union (ICU).
This invitation is in response to the strike declared by the National Identification Authority (NIA), effective Monday, June 9, 2024.
The meeting will focus on salary negotiations and will be held at the NIA conference room on Friday, June 14, 2024.
The invitees include the General Secretary and the Deputy General Secretary (Operations) of the Industrial and Commercial Workers’ Union (ICU), the General Secretary of the Public Services Workers’ Union (PSWU), the Executive Secretary, and the Head of the Compensation Policy and Monitoring Unit from the Ministry of Finance.
