Ghana Post and Nigeria Post have agreed on a joint plan to improve cross-border deliveries, strengthening cooperation between the two postal services to support the growth of e-commerce across Africa.

The agreement was reached during the 4th National E-Commerce Forum in Accra, held under the Pan-African E-Commerce Initiative. The two institutions met for a logistics exchange on the theme “Enhancing Seamless Cross-Border Delivery through Strategic Postal Collaboration.”

The discussions focused on practical ways to build trust, reduce delivery challenges, and make e-commerce more competitive across the continent. Both sides shared knowledge and experiences, and committed to working together on a framework that will make cross-border trade more efficient for businesses and consumers.

Ghana Post says it is committed to innovation and partnerships that will make e-commerce deliveries smarter, faster and more reliable, adding that collaboration with regional partners is central to that vision.
