The Black Stars head into the match after a 1-1 draw with Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium, a performance that provided an encouraging glimpse of the team’s readiness for football’s biggest stage.
The Honduras fixture will serve as Ghana’s final test before the squad departs for Toronto, where they will begin their campaign at the 23rd edition of the FIFA World Cup.
Ghana, making their fifth appearance at the tournament, have been drawn in a challenging Group L alongside Panama, England and Croatia. The group has been widely tipped as one of the toughest in the competition due to the quality and experience of the teams involved.
