A Ghanaian optometrist, Dr. Randolph Kwaw, has made Ghana proud by winning the best outstanding poster presentation and travel grant award at the 2024 Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) conference in the United States.
As a graduate student at the University of Houston, Texas, Dr. Kwaw’s achievement is a result of his hard work and dedication to his research.
The ARVO conference is a premier event in the field of eye and vision research, attracting over 12,000 researchers from more than 60 countries worldwide.
Dr. Kwaw’s award was given in recognition of his outstanding poster presentation, which showcased his research findings to a panel of lead experts.
