Government determined to improve road infrastructure – Amin Adam

Finance Minister Mohammed Amin Adam has announced a comprehensive road infrastructure development programme, with multiple projects underway across the country.

Presenting the 2024 Mid-Year Budget Review in Parliament, Amin Adam highlighted the government’s commitment to improving road infrastructure, including the rehabilitation and maintenance of various roads nationwide.

Key projects nearing completion include the Juaboso-Boinzan road, Winneba-Kasoa road, and Accra-Kumasi road, while completed projects include the Dadiesoba-Esiankyim-Manhyia road and Sunyani and Berekum Inner City Roads.

Major ongoing projects include the Tamale-Tatale road rehabilitation, Tema Motorway Roundabout Phase 2, and Nsawam-Ofankor Road dualization.

The government’s investment in road infrastructure aims to boost economic growth, enhance connectivity, and improve the quality of life for Ghanaians.

Mohammed Amin Adam reaffirmed the Government’s dedication to developing Ghana’s road network, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for all citizens.
