The Deputy Minister for Education, Dr. Clement Apaak, has hinted that plans are underway to establish an agricultural college in the Builsa South District of the Upper East Region.
Speaking at the annual Feok Festival in Sandema on December 19, 2025, the Deputy Minister for Education and Member of Parliament for Builsa South indicated that the government aims to establish an agricultural college in Bulsa land.
“As Deputy Minister for Education, and given the fact that agricultural colleges are now being transferred to the Ministry of Education, I can tell you that we will get an agricultural college in Buluk, to be located in Builsa South,” the Deputy Minister stated.
