Gov’t’s achievements speak for themselves, NDC’s ‘dead goat syndrome’ won’t distract us – NPP’s Tabitha Ayillah

A member of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) communication team, Tabitha Ayillah, has highlighted the government’s accomplishments, emphasizing its proactive approach to addressing major challenges.

Speaking on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana on July 8, Ayillah contrasted the government’s achievements with the opposition National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) perceived inaction, labeling it “dead goat syndrome.”

“The good news is that you have two political parties to choose from… one that has shown boldness… one that has proven that even in the face of challenges, I am there with you,” Ayillah said, emphasizing the government’s commitment to Ghanaians.

She enumerated the government’s successes, including ensuring food security, maintaining stable electricity prices despite global increases, and implementing free senior high school education for all.

“This is a government that ensured that Ghanaians didn’t go hungry… didn’t sleep in the dark for years… This is a government that has ensured that whether you’re poor or rich, a boy or a girl, you get access to free senior high school,” Ayillah said.

She expressed confidence in Ghanaians’ ability to judge the government’s performance, stating, “Ghanaians are watching, Ghanaians are the best judge… they know who is committed and who is not committed.”
