Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah, a respected figure in Salaga-South, served as the Member of Parliament for the constituency during the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic. His dedication to the people of Salaga-South began with a hard-fought victory in the 2016 elections, where he secured the seat for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in one of the most keenly contested electoral battles in the region’s history.

“I remain humbled to have emerged victorious on both occasions,” she said. “But even as I carry this responsibility with a deep sense of duty, I hold in deep respect a man who loved this constituency and served it faithfully.”

Beyond his political offices, Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah was known for his genuine connection with the people. He was warm, approachable, and deeply invested in the well-being of the communities he served. His loss is felt not only by his family but also by the countless individuals whose lives he touched through his public service.

“In his passing, the people of Salaga-South have lost a devoted son, one who gave much of himself to the land he loved. His heart was with us all,” Hon. Ibrahimah remarked.

Hon. Ibrahimah extended her deepest condolences to the family of the late Hon.
