Hearts of Oak Upgrading Club Structures To Attract Corporate Sponsorship – Assistant Coach

Hearts of Oak Assistant Coach Nana Yaw Amankwah has revealed that the club is not only committed to delivering strong performances on the pitch but is also investing significantly in upgrading its facilities and organizational structures to attract major corporate sponsorship.

Speaking in an interview with Original TV, Amankwah emphasized that the club’s ambitions go far beyond football matches.

“We are not just looking at results on the field,” he said. “Management is taking active steps to modernize our infrastructure and professionalize operations so that we can appeal to bigger corporate partners.”

Amankwah pointed to strategic developments aimed at improving training facilities, administrative systems, and brand positioning as part of a broader effort to make Hearts of Oak a more marketable and financially sustainable club.

Hearts of Oak, one of Ghana’s most storied football clubs, has in recent years faced stiff competition on and off the field. But according to Amankwah, the club’s leadership is working diligently to reposition it as a top-tier organization, both in local football and across the continent.

“These upgrades are key to long-term success,” he added. “A strong club off the pitch translates into consistency and excellence on the pitch.”

Amankwah’s comments reflect a growing trend among Ghanaian clubs seeking to align with global football standards through better governance, infrastructure development, and commercial partnerships.
