‘I’m not arrogant’ – Fameye defends ‘tough’ persona

Ghanaian musician, Fameye, has opened up about his perceived tough persona, stating that it results from life’s lessons and not arrogance.

Fameye explained that he had to develop a tough exterior to avoid being taken for granted.

“If you don’t become tough, you will be taken for granted. That is it,” Fameye told Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz show on Thursday.

Fameye, born Peter Famiyeh Bozah, recently made headlines for slamming a disc jockey during a concert in the United Kingdom (UK).

Many showbiz enthusiasts have described his actions as unprofessional and a display of arrogance.

However, Fameye categorically disagrees with this assessment, describing it as miles away from the truth.

“I can say I’m crazy sometimes, but arrogant is not the word because I am not. Maybe people mistake that for arrogance,” he clarified.
