Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Peter Boamah Otokunor, says former President John Dramani Mahama will win the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Presidential primaries with a landslide victory.
The NDC is set to hold its Presidential primaries in this month on 13th May,2023 to elect a suitable candidate for the Presidential elections in 2024.
Several NDC stalwarts have nursed interest to contest the party’s flagbearership race, all with the hope of emerging victor and leading the NDC into the general elections.
“The only way NDC can win 2024 is to present JM; the only way NPP can break the eight is if NDC doesn’t present JM! NPP knows this, NDC knows this, Ghanaians know this, Agenda 2024 knows this too!,” Peter Boamah Otokunor told Kwaku Owusu Adjei(Patoo) on Adwenekasa on Accra-based Original FM 91.9.
Ex-President John Mahama has disclosed he will be in the race and hopefully woo the hearts of Ghanaians to become the country’s President for the second time.
He says the former president is the only candidate who can win the presidential election for the NDC come 2024.
To him, Ghanaians have already felt disappointed in the government because they deceived voters and are doing the opposite of what they told Ghanaians.
He stressed the need for the NDC not to forgo the victory awaiting them in 2024 because Mr. Mahama will massively win the elections with a wide margin.
