Traditional priest Kwaku Bonsam has issued a warning to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) regarding the Black Stars’ lineup ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
According to the renowned spiritualist, starting both André Ayew and Jordan Ayew in the same match could be “disastrous” for the national team.
Speaking during an interview with Justice Collee on Original TV, Bonsam emphasized the spiritual implications of such a decision.
He explained that fielding the two brothers together could lead to unforeseen challenges on the pitch, particularly at high-stakes tournaments like the World Cup.
“Going into the World Cup spiritually, starting both of them in Black Stars games is disastrous,” Bonsam said.
Ghana have been drawn in Group L for the upcoming tournament, alongside England, Panama, and Croatia.
