Police in Ghana have declared a man wanted over the killing of two people near Tema and are offering a cash reward for information leading to his arrest.
The suspect, Prince Krah, is being sought in connection with the deaths of Ebenezer Kwabena Obiri aged about 45 and Mary Anim aged about 22. Their bodies were discovered on 1st May in a room at Saki near Tema Golf City with multiple machete wounds.
Investigators say Mr Krah had been living in the same chamber and hall apartment with the couple. The male victim was last seen with him on the night of 30th April.
A warrant for his arrest was issued by the Kpone Magistrate Court on 4th May.
Police describe Mr Krah as dark in complexion, about 5.7 feet tall and of stout build. He was last seen wearing a Lacoste shirt and jeans. He is believed to be a military officer and is currently on the run.
Officers say he may be hiding within the Kakusunanka or Kamina Barracks in Tamale.
A reward of GH¢100,000 is being offered for credible information that leads to his arrest. Anyone with information has been urged to contact the nearest police station or call 191 or 112.
