The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will today, March 20, 2023, deliver what it describes as the ‘True State of the Nation Address’.
According to the party, the touted “True State of the Nation” is to expose the inconsistencies in President Akufo-Addo’s address on the State of the Nation delivered to parliament recently on March 8, 2023.
The event will be held at the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) later today.
According to sources, the address will mainly focus on the economy and the controversies surrounding the IMF bailout.
John Asiedu Nketia, the national chairman of the party is expected to address the public and the media today.
