NHIA Executive Management Applauds Client Service and Madina Staff

The Executive Management of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) has commended staff from the Corporate Affairs Directorate’s Client Service Team and the NHIA Madina District Office for their outstanding performance in the recent community sensitisation exercise in Madina.


The meeting, held at the NHIA Head Office on Thursday, April 24, 2025, in Accra, celebrated the hard work, commitment, and achievements of the staff, spearheaded by the Corporate Affairs Directorate.

Chief Executive of the NHIA, Dr. Victor Asare Bampoe, praised the team for their dedication.
“I have found a group of hardworking and dedicated staff here at the NHIA, and I will celebrate the staff anytime I get the chance,” he said. “When you give your best, Executive Management will applaud you.”

Deputy Chief Executive for Operations, Dr. Senanu Kwesi Djokoto, also expressed his appreciation and encouraged the team to sustain their efforts.
“We are hoping to interface with you more,” he said. “Congratulations and keep up the good work.”

Adding her voice, the Deputy Chief Executive for Finance and Investment, Ms. Anatu Anne Seidu Bogobiri, underscored the critical role NHIA staff play in national development.
“We are a critical part of Ghanaians’ lives, so let us continue with the good work,” she noted.

Similarly, Mr. Raphael Segkpeb, Deputy Chief Executive for Human Resource and Administration, lauded the team’s passion and dedication.
“It delights Executive Management to see the impressive work you are doing. Congratulations and continue making us proud,” he said.

Representing the team, Judge Sarkodie, Senior Manager for the Client Service Department under the Corporate Affairs Directorate, thanked Executive Management for the recognition.
“As a team, we are ready to do more,” he affirmed.

Hubert Addo King Ampratwum, District Manager for the Madina Office, also expressed his gratitude and shared the district’s achievements.
“The Madina District Office is a young district, but by the end of 2024, we registered 152,000 active members against a target of 161,000,” he said. “Thank you to Executive Management and my team for the hard work.”

Director for Corporate Affairs, Mr. Oswald Essuah-Mensah, also expressed appreciation on behalf of the Directorate.
“We are grateful for the recognition, and we pray you continue to see the efforts of teams across the country,” he said.

The gathering celebrated recent accomplishments and reinforced NHIA’s commitment to recognising and motivating staff who play pivotal roles in achieving the Authority’s mission of providing affordable and quality healthcare to Ghanaians.
