The New Patriotic Party’s women’s wing is mobilizing women nationwide to support the party in the upcoming elections, emphasizing its commitment to national development.
Speaking at the inauguration of the Women’s Wing Campaign team in Abuakwa South Constituency of the Eastern Region, National Women Organizer Kate Gyamfua urged women to rally behind the NPP.
Madam Gyamfua dismissed the National Democratic Congress as a viable alternative, citing the opposition leader’s failure to propose concrete policies to address the nation’s challenges.
She warned NPP supporters against complacency, urging them to campaign actively and not allow the NDC to gain momentum.
She said the NPP is the only party with a proven track record of development and that they cannot afford to let the NDC’s empty promises jeopardize our nation’s progress.
Meanwhile, the constituency women’s organizer of the party, Naana Oti Serwaa, is urging all hands on deck to ensure the success of the New Patriotic Party.
However, the Chief Executive Officer of the scholarship secretariat, who doubles as the parliamentary candidate of the NPP in the Abuakwa South Constituency, Kingsley Agyemang, on his part likened the leader of the opposition NDC to an old good, which does not merit anything better.
