NPP Presidential Primaries: Bawumia’s achievements give him edge over other aspirants – Titus Glover

Former Deputy Minister for Transport, Daniel Nii Kwatei Titus Glover, has thrown his support behind former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, predicting a decisive win in the New Patriotic Party’s presidential primaries on January 31.

Speaking passionately on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana show, Glover dismissed doubts about Bawumia’s appeal, saying his achievements speak louder than words.

“Dr. Bawumia will win these primaries because of his hard work, pure and simple. From the digitalization agenda that put Ghana on the global map to the Ghana Card revolutionizing identity and payments, he has delivered where others only promised,” he said.

Mr Glover emphasized key milestones under Bawumia’s influence, including the expansion of mobile money services that have empowered millions of unbanked Ghanaians, and the zipline drone delivery system saving lives in remote areas.

He also cited economic stability amid global shocks, the gold-for-oil policy, port expansions, and the development of Agenda 111 hospitals as evidence of his leadership.

“Delegates are not blind; they see the work done,” Glover added, urging party supporters to rally behind the “digital prophet.”

His comments come as Bawumia faces stiff competition from contenders, Kennedy Agyapong, Dr. Bryan Acheampong, and others in the build up to the presidential primaries.
