Government spokesperson on governance and security, Dr Palgrave Boakye-Danquah, has said that the partnership between flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and Manhyia South Lawmaker Matthew Opoku as his running mate is an excellent partnership.
He says the NPP will win the 2024 general elections with this ticket.
Speaking to journalists after the confirmation, Dr Palgrave Boakye-Danquah said, “The good news is that the NPP has a strong ticket and that we will prevail on December 7, 2024, using it. They are a great combination, they have a positive vibe, and they will prevail.”
Dr Palgrave Boakye-Danquah emphasized Napo’s remarkable work ethic, focus on outcomes, and influential time serving as both the Minister of Education and the Minister of Energy.
“I am confident that the two of them can complete the task. Having collaborated with the two, I am confident in their abilities.”
