Nsoatreman FC’s General Manager, Eric Alagidede, has expressed his team’s readiness to make history in the CAF Confederations Cup.
This comes after they defeated Legon Cities 2-1 in the semi-finals of the MTN FA Cup, reaching their first-ever final.
In an interview with Gattuso on Original FM’s Super Sports Morning Show on Monday, May 13, Alagidede stated, “We are ready to play in the CAF Confederations Cup. We have good financiers on our board, and I don’t think there is any team better placed than Nsoatreman to play in Africa.”
He further explained that the team is well-equipped and only needs minor adjustments to meet CAF’s demands.
“We have our own stadium, and all it needs is some touch-ups here and there. From the airport to our home grounds is just 15 minutes, so I don’t see why we can’t play in Africa.”
Nsoatreman will face Bofoakwa Tano in the MTN FA Cup final, and a win will secure their spot in the CAF Confederations Cup for the first time.
With their sights set on making history, Nsoatreman is determined to make a successful debut in the continental competition.
