In this write-up, you mentioned losses for G40 and G4R in 2023, 2024, and 2025. The figures you quoted contradict the official numbers provided by the Bank of Ghana. As the CEO of GOLDBOD, you are not the custodian of the Bank of Ghana’s data, so we request that you provide proof of how you arrived at the figures used in your statement.
Additionally, we hope you will clarify the important question posed by the Minority in Parliament, “What criteria were used to select Bawa-Rock Limited as the sole aggregator for GOLDBOD? Could this monopoly created by GOLDBOD be a contributing factor to the losses in gold trading?
