The Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) Committee has received a total of 2,417 complaints from individuals and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) since its inception.
The complaints, which were received through a toll-free line and email, are part of efforts to combat corruption and recover misappropriated public resources.
According to the Chairman of the ORAL Committee, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, 1,493 calls were received through the toll-free line, while 924 emails were also received.
Okudzeto Ablakwa emphasized the necessity of the ORAL Committee, questioning what the petitioners would have done if President John Dramani Mahama had not established it.
The ORAL Committee presented its final report to President Mahama on Monday, February 10, 2025.
The report is expected to shape future anti-corruption policies, as the government moves towards implementing reforms based on the data collected.
