Parliament will adjourn on Wednesday, December 21, according to Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, the Majority Leader and Leader of Government Business in Parliament.
Mr Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, presenting the Business Statement for the week ending Friday, December 9, stated that the House was scheduled to meet on Monday, December 5.
In order to expedite the consideration of the Budget Estimates and the passage of the Appropriation Bill, 2023 before the House adjourns on Wednesday, December 21, he said that this was necessary.
On Tuesday, October 25, the third session of Parliament for 2022 reopened after a break.
