On Tuesday, June 22, 2021, the new Managing Director of the Ignite Media Group, Mr. Kayode Akintemi, paid a courtesy call on the Minister of information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah.
It was the first of its kind since he assumed the position in the media organisation which comprises of Original TV, Metro TV, and Original FM.
The meeting, among other things, was premised on how the Ignite Media Group can properly tell the Ghanaian and African story to the rest of the world.
Mr. Akintemi, who is a seasoned Nigerian journalist and a media mogul, was accompanied by Nathaniel Laryea, Head of Programmes, Metro TV, Ms. Francisca Kakra Forson, acting News Editor, Metro TV, and Bright Nana Kwasi Amaning, an anchorman.
