A police officer, a school matron and her sister have been arrested in the Ketu North Municipality over the alleged theft of food meant for students.
The suspects, identified as Doris Foli, the assistant matron of Wovenu Senior High Technical School at Tadzewu, her sister, Perfect Foli, and a police officer, were apprehended at around 6:20 a.m. on Wednesday, 11 February 2026.
Authorities say they were caught while transporting assorted food items believed to have been taken from the school’s stock.
The items were reportedly being moved in a vehicle registered to the police officer, who was allegedly driving at the time of the arrest.
Investigations are ongoing, and the suspects are expected to face charges in connection with the diversion of food intended for students.
