President John Dramani Mahama deeply grasps the economic struggles facing ordinary Ghanaians and is committed to delivering relief, according to Abdul Mohammed Aziz, former Member of Parliament for Mion and a key NDC supporter.
Speaking on Metro TV’s GMG programme hosted by Moro Awudu on April 10, Aziz praised the President’s empathy amid discussions on Ghana’s economy, emphasizing policies aimed at easing hardships.
“President Mahama understands the plight of Ghanaians the high cost of living, joblessness, and daily grind,” Aziz affirmed. “Unlike the previous administration, his NDC government is rolling out targeted interventions like subsidy expansions, affordable housing, and youth employment drives.”
Aziz credited Mahama’s hands-on approach, drawing from his own experiences, for fostering genuine progress.
“He listens to the people and acts decisively, that’s why Ghanaians trust him to turn things around,” Aziz added, urging unity behind the administration’s vision.
