Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Shippers’ Authority, Prof Ransford Gyampo has been named Best Performing CEO in the State Companies category at the 6th Ghana Minister of the Year Awards 2026.
The award was presented during a ceremony held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel and recognised his leadership and contribution to institutional growth and service delivery.
Prof Gyampo, who serves as Chief Executive Officer, was not present at the event. The award was received on his behalf by the Deputy CEO for Technical Services, Ms Asana Dauda Owu.
Organisers cited his commitment to excellence and strong leadership as key factors behind the recognition.
The award adds to growing recognition of Prof Gyampo’s role in driving organisational development and improving service delivery.
