The family of the late former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings has announced that it will receive condolence visits from the public on weekdays only, beginning this week. Visits will not be received on weekends.
In a statement issued by the Agyeman-Rawlings and allied families, the public, groups and institutions wishing to pay their respects are encouraged to book appointments in advance by calling 0276500008.
The family expressed appreciation for the outpouring of sympathy and asked for the cooperation of all who wish to visit during this period.
Those who would like to send tributes in honour of Nana Konadu are invited to email them to tributes@nanakonaduagyemanrawlings.org. Friends, former colleagues and members of the public are also encouraged to share their memories of her through photographs and videos, including images from 31st December Women’s Movement schools and events.
Hard copies of tributes and photographs may be delivered to Trudy at the Office of Former President Jerry John Rawlings, located at No. 1 Sekou Toure Link in Accra.
The family thanked the public for the continued support and affection shown since the passing of Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings.
