The Brands Manager of Samartex, Mr. Paul Ayamba, has expressed disappointment with the Chairman of GHALCA, Mr. Kudjoe Fianoo, for claiming that the club opted out of the GHALCA Top Four tournament to focus on the Nsenkyire Cup.
Speaking on Original FM’s Super Sports Show, Mr. Ayamba refuted the claim, stating that Samartex did not receive any official letter from GHALCA regarding the tournament.
“They did not inform us, and there was no official letter from their office,” he said.
Mr. Ayamba challenged the GHALCA Chairman to provide evidence of the letter sent to Samartex and the club’s response.
“Let them bring out the letter they sent us,” he said.
This development comes after Mr. Fianoo claimed that Samartex opted out of the GHALCA Top Four to focus on the Nsenkyire Cup.
However, Mr. Ayamba’s revelation casts doubt on the accuracy of the GHALCA Chairman’s statement.
