Samson Lardy Anyenini is clearly suffering from selective amnesia when it comes to some of the topics he chooses for his My Take on Newsfile

While I do not have any qualms about his Take on the detention of Naa Kooyor of the NDC, it is also worth pointing out that the same prominence he has given to this particular issue ought to have been given the previous issue.

Mavis Hawa Koomson, the Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East Constituency, had her son stabbed by an NDC goon.

Ato Koomson was rushed to the hospital after he was mercilessly stabbed by a member of the NDC, a thug affiliated to Naa Koryoo.

Though the incident was reported by some media houses, and even some of the Multimedia networks reported it, it hasn’t been given the same attention as this arrest is gaining.

We don’t need to be soothsayers to be able to predict the outcome of this arrest. We all know that this arrest is a trip to nowhere as the NDC’s candidate will not go to jail for possessing firearms.

Knowing this, why should this be given so much attention so much that it has found expression in Samson’s Take?

Samson ought to have given the same amount of time and attention in his Take. This is so unfair to the young man who could have died from the wounds he sustained from that stab from Naa Koryoo’s goon.

In the ongoing matter, I believe the lady will be released by the Police after engaging her over the issues pertaining to the registration and transfer processes.
