San Gwann FC defender Daniel Sowatey donates to Ghana Division 3 side Sambo4 FC

Ghanaian international, Daniel Sowatey, who plays for Maltese Challenge League side San Gwann FC has donated soccer jerseys and other equipment to Greater Accra Division 3 side San Gwann FC.

The football equipment which includes footballs, bibs, cones, sets of jerseys, and more was donated to the team at their training grounds at the Teshie Community Park.

The coaches and players of the Sambo4 FC Football Club were elated with the donations and expressed their profound appreciation to Daniel Sowatey and the

San Gwann Football Club for their immense support.

Speaking during the donation, center back for Sambo4 FC, Kenneth Boateng sent words of appreciation to Daniel Sowatey and the entire San Gwann FC team, thanking them for their benevolent work and support towards the team.

Abraham Sekor, right back for the team also thanked the donors or their charitable donations. “We are so delighted to receive these football equipment from Daniel and his team, hopefully, these balls and other important things will help resolve some challenges we’ve had over the past seasons. More balls mean we can all get to train at the same time without other players waiting for some batches to finish training”, the defender said.

Goalkeeper for the club, Seth Owusu also expressed profound appreciation to the donors. “God bless all of them and may they reap whatever they’ve sowed in a thousand folds, we are so happy for these kits, balls, cones, and other equipment,”, the goalkeeper said in an interview.
