Following the invasion of a United Television (UTV) studio on Saturday, October 7, 2023, the Ghana Police Service has arrested a total of 16 people for their unscrupulous behavior.
The arrest follows a complaint made by the Despite Media Group, the mother company UTV and Ministry of Information about the development.
According to the Police, the 16 suspects believed to be staunch supporters of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) were arrested at the scene.
The suspects are currently at the Police Station assisting in investigations.
