She was conferred the honour and celebrated in Accra Ghana on December 19, 2024 at the la palm Royal Beach Hotel, during the Awards Gala.
The event was a red carpet affair and attended by industry professionals, top-tier guests, and members of the press.

It is with immense gratitude, humility, and pride that I stand before you this evening to receive the Supreme Global Woman of the Year award. Your efforts in highlighting the achievements of women who strive to make a difference are not only empowering but deeply inspiring. 10 Years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune condition that tested both my body and spirit.
It was a challenging chapter, but it gave me a unique perspective. In the face of uncertainty, I found clarity; in moments of weakness, I discovered strength.
This disease fuelled my determination to dream bigger, work harder, and show up not only for myself but also for my family, my students, and the community I now call home.
From those challenges came Dr. GG, driven by a passion to empower scholars and aspiring marketers to forge meaningful connections with their audiences, create lasting impacts, and turn dreams into reality.
However, my journey has always been about more than just marketing—it’s about embracing the joy of continuous learning and growth.Being the only white lecturer at UPSA became an opportunity, not a barrier.
It became a chance to teach something far beyond textbooks and lectures—it was a lesson in resilience, in bridging differences, and in proving that diversity is strength.I dedicate this recognition to my unwavering support system.
