Surv. Anthony Mallen Ntiador has been appointed as the Deputy Executive Secretary (Operations) of Lands Commission, supporting the Executive Secretary to implement the Commission’s decisions under the directives of the National Lands Commission.
With over two decades of professional experience, Mr. Ntiador has distinguished himself as a visionary in land management and digital transformation.
He played a pivotal role in automating some of Ghana’s most vital public sector systems, including the eJustice Project, the Attorney General’s office, and the Birth and Death Registry.
He is also no stranger to the intersection of land administration and technology. As a Fellow and Council Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and the CEO of TGTS Africa, he led initiatives in Geospatial Technology and Enterprise Resource System Solutions, contributing to innovations like the DVLA’s Private Vehicle Testing Station application and Multimedia Ghana’s elections application.
A proud alumnus of KNUST with advanced degrees from German institutions, including a Master of Science in Land Management and Administration from the Technical University of Munich, Mr. Ntiador’s academic and professional profile spans Ghana, Europe, and global institutions such as FAO, GIZ, and the World Bank.
Beyond his impressive resume, Mr. Ntiador is known for his grassroots leadership. He serves as Presiding Elder of the James McKeown Worship Centre in Adenta and chairs the PTA of the Pentecost Preparatory School. He is also a certified counselor and a member of several professional and community-based organizations.
