The Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) is set to officially launch the nationwide distribution of agricultural inputs for eligible tree crop farmers across the country.
The launch ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, 13th August 2026, at 9:00am prompt, at Dufie Park, Mampong in the Ashanti Region.
The initiative forms part of TCDA’s broader efforts to support tree crop farmers with essential tools and equipment needed to boost productivity and improve livelihoods across farming communities nationwide.
Items earmarked for distribution include protective boots, knapsack sprayers, rain jackets, motorbikes, motorised tricycles, and cutlasses, among other agricultural inputs — all aimed at easing the daily operational challenges faced by farmers in the tree crop sector.
The Authority says the distribution exercise underscores its commitment to strengthening the tree crop value chain and empowering farmers with the resources they need to thrive.
