Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has received a significant boost in his presidential aspirations after securing the endorsement of Odeneho Okyere Kusi Ntrama, Omanhene of Asumagya and Benkumhene of Asanteman.
This endorsement comes on the heels of Dr. Bawumia’s tour of the Ashanti Region, specifically Amansie in the Bekwai Constituency.
During his visit, Dr. Bawumia engaged with stakeholders, including traditional rulers and religious leaders, outlining his policies and seeking their support.
Odeneho Okyere Kusi Ntrama welcomed Dr. Bawumia, urging the New Patriotic Party and the Vice President to continue development projects in the constituency.
The Omanhene assured Dr. Bawumia of his people’s support, stating they will help him succeed in the election.
