As part of moves to properly position itself in climate change advocacy and clean energy transition, Worship’s Aid Foundation has rebranded to Eco-Africa Network.
Formerly Worship’s Aid Foundation, Eco Africa Network is a youth-led climate organization that advocates for sustainability and promotes the adoption of cleaner energy transition.
The organization since its inception, has implemented numerous climate-friendly projects in various parts of the country with the aim of contributing its quota to Ghana’s realization of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In an interaction with Metrotvonline, the founder of the now Eco-Africa Network, Joshua Worship Frimpong stressed that “we have only changed our name not our mission.”
For the sake of emphasis and avoidance of doubt, he stressed that “our mission is to promote climate action by creating awareness, undertaking sustainable projects for a healthy, safe, and eco-sound environment, and providing sustainable related services.
Eco-Africa Network is equipped with experts in agriculture, plastic waste management, health, climate investing and finance, project management, legal advisory services, and policy-making for climate-related activities and sustainability reporting.
With the rebranding, the new logo for the organization features a geometric icon inspired by the African map, symbolizing the interconnectedness of the network and Africa’s essence. According to the organization it represents sustainability, collaboration, and the integration of diverse elements, all with a modern and professional touch.
