Church of Pentecost pastor shot by suspected robbers in Awutu Papase

The Awutu Papase District Pastor of the Church of Pentecost, Samuel Koblah Narh, is in critical condition after being shot by suspected armed robbers in the Central Region.

The incident occurred on Sunday evening, shortly after a church service, when the robbers ambushed the pastor at the front of the church’s mission house, where he resides with his family.

The robbers made away with the pastor’s Toyota RAV4 vehicle and mobile phones.

Godfred Jibby, an elder of the church told Metro TV in an interview that the pastor was shot in the upper chest and was initially taken to the Trauma and Specialist Hospital in Accra before being transferred to the Alpha Pentecost Hospital for further treatment.

Metro TV understands this is the third time the pastor has been attacked by robbers at the mission house, leaving residents in the area terrified and calling for increased.
