Dreams FC Assistant Coach Winfred Dormon says he is proud of the performance of his team after securing a semifinal berth in the ongoing CAF Confederations Cup competition.
The Ghana FA Cup winners defeated Stade Malian 3-2 on aggregate on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium propelling to a semifinal stage.
‘’I am in a good mood and proud of the achievements of the boys,‘’ he said.
Dreams FC will face North African giants Zamalek in the semi-final of the competition on April 21 for the first leg in Cairo Egypt with the return leg on April 28 at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi.
Dreams FC becomes first Ghanaian team to qualify for the semi-final of the CAF Confederation Cup since Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak in 2004.
