Member of Parliament for Tamale North constituency, Alhassan Suhuyini has cautioned the Electoral Commission (EC) to ensure a free and fair election on December 7, or face the wrath of Ghanaians.
Speaking at the Northern Regional Youth Parliament sitting, Suhuyini emphasized that the EC has been provided with all necessary resources to conduct a credible election, and any mistakes or machinations will not be tolerated.
He commended the youth for their initiative and urged them to demand accountability from leaders.
Musah Timtooni, President of the Northern Regional Youth Parliament, expressed disappointment in MPs and parliamentary candidates who failed to attend the youth parliament sitting, despite accepting invitations.
The youth group vowed to make a decisive decision on leaders who do not respect their plight.
Suhuyini warned the EC to ensure a free and fair election, stressing that Ghanaians are not ready to accept any mistakes or machinations.
